The Senior Systems Support Engineer is responsible for providing advanced technical support and solutions for the plant's process control systems, including infrastructure, hardware, software, and applications. The role requires on-call support and direct collaboration with the IT team, operations staff, and external vendors to optimize performance and reliability.
