Job Description
EAM-Mosca is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to support daily operations by ensuring equipment uptime and providing clear direction to the maintenance team. The right candidate will have a strong electrical and mechanical background and experience in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification or 2-year vocational/technical degree preferred
- 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous lead or informal leadership experience preferred
