As a Business Development Executive at Ease Solutions, you will play a key role in generating new pipeline and driving growth across Southeast Asia by identifying and engaging prospective customers and positioning Atlassian solutions to help organizations improve productivity, collaboration, and service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, business development, or pipeline generation.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or pipeline targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Interest in technology-driven business transformation and consultative solution selling.
- Familiarity with Atlassian solutions is a strong advantage (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
- Experience selling both software and services/consulting is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools to manage leads and sales activities.
- Self-driven, customer-centric, and comfortable working in a fast-paced regional environment.
