NOC Lead

Role Overview

Lead and manage day-to-day NOC operations to ensure 24×7 monitoring coverage. Supervise NOC engineers, ensuring timely alert response, incident handling, and escalation. Define and enforce incident response procedures, escalation matrix, and operational standards.

What You Will Do

Monitor and track vulnerabilities, ensure timely escalation and remediation tracking of critical vulnerabilities. Work closely with Security and Engineering teams to improve system security posture. Develop and improve operational playbooks, runbooks, and SOPs.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in NOC operations
• Experience with monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Elastic APM, Kibana dashboards, Percona Monitoring and Management, Snyk, and Vulnerability monitoring tools (NST Assure)
• Incident management and response experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
