
Job description
Lead and manage day-to-day NOC operations to ensure 24×7 monitoring coverage. Supervise NOC engineers, ensuring timely alert response, incident handling, and escalation. Define and enforce incident response procedures, escalation matrix, and operational standards.
Monitor and track vulnerabilities, ensure timely escalation and remediation tracking of critical vulnerabilities. Work closely with Security and Engineering teams to improve system security posture. Develop and improve operational playbooks, runbooks, and SOPs.
