Patient Access Representative

As a Patient Access Representative at NeighborHealth, you will primarily perform patient access related activities, interacting with patients and staff with courtesy, concern, respect, and sensitivity, while maintaining patient confidentiality and promoting a sense of teamwork.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• One year of customer service experience; previous experience in health insurance or medical setting preferred.
