Payroll & Benefits Administrator

East Penn Canada is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will administer payroll, benefits, and leave administration for 400 employees, ensuring compliance with legislation and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
• Post-Secondary diploma/degree with an accounting/payroll focus or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and employment legislation
• Hands-on experience with an integrated HRIS/payroll system (Ceridian Dayforce preferred)
• Experience managing leaves of absence and statutory disability applications
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook, and high level of proficiency in MS Excel for data reconciliation, forecasting, and reporting, as required
