Counsel

We are seeking a Counsel to provide legal support to our company, with a focus on regulatory and compliance, and general contracting and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy industry and a passion for creating value.

Requirements

• J.D.
• Minimum of four (4) years of practice in one or more of the above-referenced focus areas
• Active and valid Bar license in state of residence
• Experience representing independent power producers preferred
• Energy storage or other renewable energy industry experience preferred
