Project Developer

Project Developer responsible for developing energy storage projects and managing project teams. Develops projects, negotiates site control, and secures permits. Leads project teams and coordinates with other departments.

Requirements

• Prospecting and researching target areas
• Negotiating and securing site control and managing landowner relationships
• Securing discretionary and understanding ministerial permitting
• Negotiating and securing tax abatements
• Identifying and resolving title issues
• Coordinating with Business Development in understanding the business case and securing project-level revenue
• Monitoring and participating in regulatory and legislative policy initiatives
• Leading interdisciplinary project teams
• Coordinating with other departments regarding late-stage development activities and project handoff
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
