East Side House Settlement is seeking a dynamic and creative Group Leader to design and lead enrichment activities for students in a literacy-focused after-school program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth in a structured program and possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with some college preferred
• Experience working with young children in a structured youth program
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to engage and lead children in small group activities
• Ability to work in a team in a variety of environments
