Independently Licensed Therapist

Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a licensed therapist to work with children and adults. The therapist will conduct therapeutic sessions, assess member's behavioral health needs, and develop treatment plans. The position offers a private practice atmosphere, flexible work schedule, and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field
• Permanent associate level licensure with AZBBHE
• Permanent independent level licensure with AZBBHE
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Current, unrestricted AZ driver's license with no more than two (2) minor moving violations or one (1) accident within the past three (3) years
• Ability to obtain and maintain an AZ DPS Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Satisfactorily Completed Competency Checklist within 6 months of hire
