Easterseals Blake Foundation is celebrating 75 years of service in Arizona. We offer comprehensive behavioral health services, child welfare, and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We serve over 40,000 individuals and families across 10 counties in Arizona.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
• Eligible for licensure by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health with two years related experience
• Associate license in social work, counseling, marriage and family, or substance abuse recognized by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Current, unrestricted AZ driver's license with no more than two minor moving violations or one accident within the past three years
• Three years of driving experience required
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Satisfactorily Completed Competency Checklist within 3 months of hire
