Conducts therapeutic sessions utilizing best practices and evidence-based interventions with children and adults. Assesses member's behavioral health needs to develop therapy treatment goals every 90 days at a minimum. Provides effective crisis assessment and intervention.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related behavioral health field eligible for licensure by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health
- Two years related experience (BHT) or Associate license in social work, counseling, marriage and family, or substance abuse recognized by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (BHP) required
- Therapist II has obtained permanent associate level licensure with AZBBHE
- Therapist III has obtained permanent independent level licensure with AZBBHE
