Job Description
Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide peer support, personal assistance, and other supportive services to members with mental illness and/or addiction disorders. The successful candidate will have a recovery-based approach, excellent communication skills, and experience in healthcare.
Requirements
- Certified Peer Support Specialist or Certified Recovery Support Specialist
- 2 years of experience providing direct care in healthcare
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain an AZ DPS Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Crisis Prevention Certification
