Job Description
Easterseals Blake Foundation seeks a Quality First Coach to provide coaching services to early childhood programs in a collaborative, reflective, and efficient manner. The coach will work with program administrators and childcare staff to improve quality of care and education. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field and 5 years of experience working in a licensed and/or regulated early childhood setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a bachelor’s degree that includes at least 24 college credits in ECE or a related field with 5 years of experience working in a licensed and/or regulated early childhood setting
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Current, unrestricted AZ driver’s license with no more than two (2) minor moving violations or one (1) accident within the past three (3) years
- Must be able to pass extensive criminal background checks
- Ability to obtain and maintain an AZ DPS Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CPR and First Aid certification
