Job Description
Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a Quality First Coach (Bilingual) to provide coaching services to early childhood programs in a collaborative, reflective, and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for orienting and enrolling childcare staff, reviewing assessment findings, and developing a Quality Improvement Plan. They will also assist in the implementation of the QIP, plan and implement training, and submit reports as per program guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a bachelor’s degree with 24 college credits in ECE or a related field
- 5 years of experience working in a licensed and/or regulated early childhood setting
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Current, unrestricted AZ driver’s license
- Ability to pass extensive criminal background checks
- Ability to obtain and maintain an AZ DPS Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CPR and First Aid certification
