Job Description
Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a Quality First Coach (Bilingual) to provide coaching services to early childhood programs. The coach will work with program administrators and staff to improve quality of care and education. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field and 5 years of experience working in a licensed and/or regulated early childhood setting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field
- 5 years of experience working in a licensed and/or regulated early childhood setting
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Current, unrestricted AZ driver's license with no more than two (2) minor moving violations or one (1) accident within the past three (3) years
- Ability to pass extensive criminal background checks
- Ability to obtain and maintain an AZ DPS Level 1 fingerprint clearance card (employer provides)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a CPR and First Aid certification (Paid training)
