Quality First Coordinator

Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a Quality First Coordinator to provide orientation and administrative support services to early care and education programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in early childhood education and 5 years of experience working in a licensed and/or regulated early childhood setting. The role requires bilingual (Spanish) proficiency, a current, unrestricted AZ driver's license, and ability to pass extensive criminal background checks. The Quality First Coordinator will work in a field position, requiring daily travel to different childcare sites or home-care providers, and will interact with employees and members of the public daily.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education (ECE), Child Development, or a closely related field
• 5 years of experience working in a licensed and/or regulated early childhood setting with children birth through 8 years of age
• Two years' previous experience working within the Quality First Coaching system
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Current, unrestricted AZ driver's license
• Ability to pass extensive criminal background checks
