Service Associate I

Eastern Bank is hiring a Service Associate I to work in a hybrid role, performing duties of a Customer Service Representative and Teller. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, technical literacy, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred
• Some banking experience is preferred
• Basic business acumen and professionalism required
• Ability to communicate information and ideas to others
• Ability to build relationships and strong alliances across the organization
