Service Associate I

Eastern Bank is seeking a Service Associate I to perform duties of a traditional branch customer service representative and teller. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of sales experience, basic business acumen, and the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred
• Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller or otherwise)
• Basic business acumen and professionalism is a must
• Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
• Ability to build relationships and strong alliances across the organization
• Ability to quickly learn all details about the products and services offered by the bank
