Job Description
The Service Associate I is a hybrid position that combines customer service and teller duties, working towards sales and service goals and handling daily account maintenance and other service issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred
- Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller or otherwise) is a plus
- Basic business acumen and professionalism is a must
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
- Ability to build relationships and strong alliances across the organization
- Ability to quickly learn all details about the products and services offered by the bank
- Working Conditions: Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time without a break and with continuous customer contact
- Incumbent must be able to transport items weighing 15 pounds or more
