Service Associates are skilled in the duties of both a Customer Service Representative and Teller, primarily in traditional branch locations. They work towards achieving specific individual sales and service goals, and perform various banking and customer service tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment
• Some banking experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and communicate effectively
• Basic business acumen and professionalism
