Service Associate I

Service Associate I: responsible for performing duties of both Customer Service Representative and Teller, including sales, transactions, and customer service. Must be able to work independently, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of sales experience in retail, financial services, or hospitality preferred
• Some banking experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic business acumen and professionalism
• Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively
• Ability to build relationships and strong alliances across the organization
• Ability to quickly learn details about bank products and services
