Service Associate I

Service Associate I provides customer service and handles transactions at a traditional bank branch, responsible for achieving sales and service goals, processing loans and deposits, and maintaining operational compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred
• Some banking experience is preferred (e.g., teller or otherwise) is a plus
• Basic business acumen and professionalism is a must
• Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
