The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting Eastern's revenue growth by managing inbound requests, generating new opportunities, and supporting field and channel sales teams.
Requirements
- 2â4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Success, or similar role
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with CRM platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Customer-service mindset with problem solving capability
