Job Description
The Center Director serves as the on-site executive leader of RCCYC, accountable for the overall success of the Center. This position provides vision, leadership, and oversight for youth programming, operations, staff, volunteers, budget management, and grant compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in youth development, education, nonprofit management, or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive leadership experience in youth-serving organizations.
- Proven success in staff supervision, program oversight, and family/community engagement.
- Demonstrated experience with budget oversight and grant compliance.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to working 100% onsite, 9 hours daily (8 hours onsite + 1-hour lunch).
- CPR/First Aid certification (or within 60 days of hire).
- Mandated Reporter training.
- Valid driver’s license and background check clearance.
