Job Description
This Direct Support Professional (DSP) role is for individuals with physical, developmental, or intellectual disabilities, focusing on their independence through training and support. The DSP will assist individuals with daily living skills, maintain a safe and organized environment, and respond to safety concerns. The role may involve transportation and participation in community activities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid Arkansas Driver's License
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals (up to 30 lbs)
- Vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral and depth perception.
