Job Description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) position is central to supporting individuals with physical, developmental, and/or intellectual disabilities in achieving their independence and health. The role involves remote monitoring, training, and emergency support (including in-person intervention) to help clients achieve their goals. DSPs will assess individuals' needs and assist with daily living activities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficiency in technology
- Knowledge of IT support
- Valid Arkansas Driver’s License
- First Aid and CPR certification
