Job Description
Join Easterseals Northern California as a Clinical Manager (BCBA) and make a difference in the lives of children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll lead and empower our care teams, creating a positive and supportive environment for both our clients and our staff.
Requirements
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Supervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate and communicate with families, caregivers, and other service providers
- Manage client documentation and submit timely progress reports
