Job Description
Provide technical and resource services in the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of computers and associated peripherals. Address issues and problems that affect multiple users, and maintain network security.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Successful completion of two year college curriculum in computer technology
- Minimum of two years IT experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience maintaining network security and email
- Training in computer technology including the maintenance of servers, networks and email
- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and related security of data
