Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage customer inquiries and feedback, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver results consistent with the business strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Internal Sales in an International environment
- Experience with SAP / ERP and CRM (SalesForce) system
- Knowledge of Customer Service/O2C as well as Logistics and Global Trade & Compliance processes
- Forecast management
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and German is required, both verbal and written
