Customer Service Representative

Flow Europe GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Flow International Corporation, seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in their Darmstadt-Eberstadt Office (Germany). The role involves serving as primary contact person for customers, conducting sales, building customer relationships, and handling order processing.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team and very good communication skills
• Confident and pleasant telephone manner
• Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the Aftermarket and/or Service sector with direct customer contact
• Profound experience in Active Sales/Direct Sales as well as with ERP and CRM systems (ideally with MS Dynamics AX)
• Native or fluent German, Fluent English (verbal and written), any other European language is a big plus
• Good, comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Customer and solution-oriented working style and flexible mindset
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills used to work in an international environment
• High quality standards and quality awareness
