Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- Licensed to sell Fixed Income and Equities; with UITF TOAP Certification; and Insurance (Traditional/VUL) licenses
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience in retail banking, preferably in the wealth segment
- Solid knowledge of financial products such as Deposits, FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Mutual Funds, UITFs, Bancassurance, Loans, and Cash Management solutions
- Ability to conduct in-depth portfolio reviews and provide holistic financial advice
- Strong understanding of the macroeconomic landscape and its impact on wealth management
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills
