Job Description
EastWest BPO is seeking a Business Development Associate to lead the development of new business leads, manage relationships with current corporate clients, and close deals with target business accounts.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of successful sales and sales leadership experience, with a focus on BPO services and programs.
- Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software tools.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
