Job Description
Customer Support Agent works as part of a team to support service delivery teams, establish strong relationships with customers, and ensure customer satisfaction. Adheres to regulations and policies to ensure privacy and safety of employee and patient information.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
- 1 year experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and/or Revenue Cycle
- 1 year experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs
