Job Description
Responsible for managing medical administrative assistants, providing daily leadership, and ensuring quality and service expectations. Oversees operational problem solving, staffing, and onboarding processes. Performs clinical and non-clinical administrative support tasks, and coordinates meetings, events, and professional travel.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum 6 years experience in an administrative support role
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior management experience preferred
