Easyfairs is looking for a driven and commercially sharp Senior Sales Manager to lead from the front in driving revenue across our growing, award-winning Packaging Portfolio, spanning three market-leading exhibitions: London Packaging Week, Paris Packaging Week, and Packaging Première Milan. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to step up, take charge, and set the pace—both personally and for a small, ambitious sales team.
Requirements
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 2–3 sales professionals to exceed targets
- Act as a hands-on sales leader, managing a portfolio of key accounts while driving new business growth
- Deliver strong account management and maximise revenue through effective portfolio selling whilst driving revenue growth through sponsorship, digital, and other commercial opportunities.
- Proactively source, develop, and secure new business opportunities across key markets
- Analyse sales performance data and implement improvements where needed
- Collaborate closely with Heads of Sales to align on strategy and drive overall commercial performance across the portfolio
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to maximise revenue opportunities
- Forecast sales performance and report on KPIs to senior leadership
- Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
