As a CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing retention marketing campaigns across multiple channels for the Turkish speaking region. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when, and collaborate with the acquisition team to maximize campaign growth. You will also be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with the customer base, and monitoring and analyzing results of email and SMS campaigns.
Requirements
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle management within the online casino space
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data analytics tools
- Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and spoken
- Gambling and sports knowledge would be highly regarded
- Retention marketing knowledge
- Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns
