Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience
- Proven track record recruiting for engineering roles
- Strong experience in stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of sourcing tools and platforms
- Experience supporting or building employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
