Staff Software Engineer, (Full-Stack) Casino Team

We're seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our Full-Stack Casino Team in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong frontend focus, JavaScript fundamentals, and experience with server-side rendering, modern frontend architecture, and testing frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong frontend focus
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript fundamentals, NextJS and TypeScript
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR), modern frontend architecture, and testing frameworks
• Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding teams
• Experience designing scalable systems, not just implementing features
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and deliver complex initiatives end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
