Job Description
We are a French software publisher in full growth, placing professional development and employee success at the heart of our strategy. As a leader in the ITSM market, EasyVista has recently acquired 3 technological companies dedicated to ITOM, which reinforces and completes our software offer. Our goal is to develop globally and double our turnover over the next five years.
Requirements
- Manage and animate commercially assigned clients
- Fidelize clients and renew contracts
- Build account strategies and account plans
- Participate actively in mapping assigned accounts
- Identify client needs and respond to them
- Develop usage among clients to generate additional sales
- Write commercial proposals mobilizing other company services and/or in collaboration with the partner network
- Present new offers to generate new sales among assigned clients
- Repackage contracts requested by the commercial director
- Participate actively in the commercial success of the agency
- Collaborate with partners
- Represent Easyvista at trade shows or professional events
