Your responsibilities will include: Providing strategic advice to the management of Eat Happy Central in Cologne and the regional management offices across Germany on topics such as personnel planning, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
Requirements
- Completed studies or comparable training in personnel management or related fields.
- Several years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a large company, preferably with decentralized organization and employees of various nationalities.
- Very good knowledge in the fields of labor law, employee leadership, and personnel and organizational development.
- Experience in implementing change processes.
- Strategic and practical thinking with a strong hands-on mentality.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and intercultural competence.
- Ability to coach managers and support employee leadership.
- High levels of stress tolerance, self-initiative, and flexibility.
