Requirements
- Completed training in the catering industry
- Several years of experience in service or catering
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Routine in dealing with cash register systems and cash closing
- Basic knowledge of HACCP, inventory turnover, and personnel planning
- Host personality with joy in guest contact
- Leadership strength, reliability, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good knowledge of German and a polished appearance
- Driving license class B
