Requirements

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
• Experience in upscale service or as deputy restaurant manager
• Organizational talent & eye for details
• Secure handling of reservation and cash register systems (Quandoo, Vectron)
• Strong communication skills, service-oriented, reliable
• Basic understanding of business operations
