Job Description
Eataly is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for their production kitchen. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a production kitchen and a leadership role, with excellent communication skills. They will oversee other prep cooks, prepare and cook food items, and package them for various Eataly restaurants and outlets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a production kitchen
- Previous experience working in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and exert well-paced mobility
- Ability to spend up to 8 hours standing or walking in a kitchen and restaurant environment
- Ability to work with commercial equipment
