EatClub is a platform that helps restaurants and bars thrive through smart tech. The Regional Manager will lead a team of 8-10 account managers to drive revenue, retention, and team performance in WA & SA.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a sales or account management team (5+ people)
• Strong track record of hitting commercial targets
• Ability to coach and motivate a diverse team
• Comfort working across functions
• Experience in a high-growth or marketplace environment
• Commercially sharp and able to identify risk
• Direct and clear in communication
• Action-oriented and willing to take calculated risks
