Continuous Improvement Engineer

Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead the execution and deployment of Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS), coordinate and lead RIE’s events and other quick kaizen tools. The role requires supporting the team through Operation Assessment (OpA) and other assessments as required, and leading CI changes to improve plant key metrics.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering (Preferred) or related engineering
• 5 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement
• Solid and proven experience in lean manufacturing tools and six sigma methodologies
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Expert in MS Office /Excel, AutoCAD
• Project Management Skills
