Continuous Improvement Engineer

Eaton's AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to execute operational excellence and continuous improvement across a diverse manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Utilize the Eaton Lean Six Sigma system to improve the facilities overall performance
• Develop and implement new or revised manufacturing methods to reduce production costs and improve efficiency
• Lead and facilitate projects using Lean & Six Sigma principles and processes to deliver results
• Investigate and analyze production methods, processes and operations to determine manufacturing modifications or machinery improvements
• Lean material flow and layout improvements through standard work
• Participate on Quality/Finance/HR/Safety initiatives to enhance the Continuous Improvement culture
• Obtain LEAN tool certifications according to Eaton ́s Aerospace Group roadmap
• Leadership in Kaizen initiatives such as 5S implementation
• Active support in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) execution to identify value streams and enable waste reduction
