Job Description
The Customer Operations Specialist serves as a central liaison between customers, sales teams, account managers, and internal operations, managing customer orders, renewals, and data analysis to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree necessary
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, customer support, renewals, or related roles within software or technology environments
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience managing customer lifecycles, contract terms, and renewal processes
