Job Description
Employer Branding Senior Analyst will develop and execute a robust employer branding in the Philippines and ANZ, communicate and promote Eaton EVP to attract talents and raise employee engagement and loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and above in marketing, communication, or social media
- 3 years of working experience in multinational companies in a related field
- Good wording, drafting, and editing skills
- Experience with Office suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Acrobat, Canva)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
