Engineering Director - Protection, Control & Solutions Group

At Eaton India Innovation Center, Electrical Sector Americas is looking for an Engineering Director to lead the Protection, Control & Solutions (PCS) group, a multidisciplinary team of 150+ engineers. The leader will be responsible for expanding the PCS portfolio, developing capabilities, and driving innovation through digitalization and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• B.E. / B Tech / M Tech, or PhD in mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering
• 20+ years of experience with leadership experience in multidisciplinary product development and launch
• Good understanding of circuit protection technologies, industrial controls products, and thermal management
• Knowledge of design for automation, manufacturing technologies, and codes and standards
• Proven people leadership, process management, innovation leadership, and influencing skills
